Shipping Information and Returns
Shipping to the lower 48 Continental US states is free on all items unless specified on the product information page with exception of Alaska and Hawaii. If your shipment is going to Alaska or Hawaii, the additional shipping cost is 50.00 dollars. However, ALL STATES will now include a 6.00 dollar handling fee due to increase in shipping materials. No international Shipping without prior authorization. Contact us for quote using email address above or Contact us page. We ship nearly every business day so you get your Guitar or guitar parts fast! We pack the items carefully and inspect them prior to shipment. We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery providing the product package has not been opened. If box unopened, you will be charged our original shipping charge only providing the box is in same condition it was when we shipped it to you with NO WRITING on the box but only your return label over our original label. If the original seal on the package is opened, we will only accept the return with a 30% restocking fee as the the item has been opened and is no longer new and we cannot sell it as new, thus the 30% restocking fee. Once your order has been placed, and a tracking number issued, the shipment cannot be canceled, however you have the option to return it without restocking fee providing you return it without opening the package once it arrives to you. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
If any item is damaged while in shipment to you, insurance is purchased on the product and you must take pictures of the damaged box and damaged item the day you receive the package and contact us for instructions on where to send the item so we may proceed with the damage insurance claim, and your product will be replaced or refunded depending on stock availability WHEN THE CLAIM IS PAID by the shipping agent, whether fedex or USPS. Please email us on contact us page or email address above with any questions. I will normally respond to your questions within 24 hours.
Due to damage control problems, we will no longer ship to postal addresses or P.O. Boxes. This includes HC addresses which are USPS operated as they generally will NOT accept a package from Fedex. We must have a valid address Fedex will deliver to. If we ship the package using Fedex and your package delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to us, and we will subtract the cost of our shipping from your refund.
