Return Policy and Repair:
We do not allow test drives on our guitars. I am a small company offering exceptional prices and do not have the profit built in any sale to be able to pay shipping a guitar to you and then allowing you to return it after you tried it which means I cannot sell it as new after it is returned. Simply put, if you open it, you own it. UNLESS, there needs to be a warranty repair. Let me make this clear. You may return a guitar to me for warranty repair or replacement at my discretion. However, you must email me and include a photograph of the problem and I will respond with further instructions on how to proceed. If you receive the guitar with something broken, please notify me asap so I can make claim with shipper, and if a part on the guitar should fail, please notify me for return instructions so I can repair it for you. In short, if there is a problem with the guitar, the remedy is you ship it back to me, and I fix it for no charge and ship it back to you. You are only responsible for shipping the guitar to me. As of this day, me writing this policy, I have had not one guitar returned to me for a repair. I attribute this to a quality product and quality inspection process. However, we are human, so if it happens, you can rest assured I will repair the instrument. If the problem is because of dropping it, or mishandling the guitar, I will not fix it for no charge. Repairs are limited to repair of faulty parts. So, in short, NO RETURNS except for repair. I inspect each guitar before shipping it out, meaning I plug it in and play it to make sure there are not problems, I inspect the neck, and look for imperfections. I do this so you get a quality product. However, you WILL have to set up the guitar to your preference as I do not do a complete setup on the guitar at this price, if you wish a complete setup, you must add 30 dollars to your payment. The setup is general, it will play and play in tune. However, action, neck, and intonation is still responsibility of the buyer. You must email me with a description of your problem and I will send you further instructions. I stand behind my product, but my product is good, and my quality control is good, so I expect the opportunity to inspect the guitar before deciding on the type of repair should you need one, thus you must return it to me for all repairs under this warranty. Intitial written warranty is for 30 days. Should you have problems beyond the 30 days, please contact me. I am easy to work with.
Q. What Payment Methods do you accept?
A. You can pay with Paypal, or you can pay using Visa, Discover, Mastercard, or American Express through Paypal at Checkout. You DO NOT have to have a Paypal Account to use a credit Card. When the Paypal login page appears at checkout, simply click "pay with debit or credit card" at bottom of page and a window will appear allowing you to put in your information for Credit Card payment.
Q. How fast do you ship?
A. Very fast! Usually same or next business day.
Q. Is my package insured for transit damage?
A. Yes, every package will have insurance included free of charge to you.
